Textbook is excellent and just what I needed for my billing class as well as the medical receptionist class. I also love that it is spiraled and the software that comes with it. It takes you through your paces and with all of the additional practice on the cd, website, and workbook, you will be able to learn so much such as how to check in a patient, applying billing and coding, etc. Great textbook and I am keeping it as a reference tool for a long while.
I am not good with computer and was afraid of taking a computer class. However, this book and CD made it easier to understand, especially when my professor was not.
There's a lot of goofy errors in this book, especailly through the Let's Try It activities, but if you pay attention to what you're doing they're easy to ignor. Despite the obvious need for editing, I think it's a good book to use if you have no experience in a medical office. I learned a LOT and was able to get experience with the MOSS software included.
I was so happy to have found this item in perfect condition for so cheap and the disc was flawless.
