So I'll give the "pros" first and why I gave it a second star:* Considering it's a "smaller" cookbook (about 100 recipes or less), it does have a nice selection of vegetarian Indian recipes.* The recipes are fairly easy to make and use common household ingredients.Cons (and why I will not use it much):* Though published in the U.S., it periodically uses non-common terms (I think maybe British?) such as "patty cakes" and "bacon rashers." Even google didn't really come up with a good answer for patty cakes though rashers are a thin slice of bacon cut from a leaner part of the pig.* The recipes are too simplified leading to problems such as not saying how big to cube the vegetables resulting in mush when cooked for the specified time if cut too small.* Some recipes are not designed for the Instant Pot and it's unique features. Such as the recipe for French toast instructs you to fry the soaked bread one slice at a time on the saute setting and use it to fry some walnuts. At that point, the InstantPot is just a waste of time and energy - a fry pan would be better.* The recipes are not the greatest. My first recipe was a curry which was completely bland (could have at least doubled the seasoning) and the liquid was too much so better as a soup than a curry.* The description of "simple, healthy, and delicious" is misleading. Right in the intro she says many of the recipes are not healthy. So in other words - some recipes are simple, some are healthy, and some are delicious. But most recipes are not all three.It has some nice ideas in it but be prepared to use google to find out what some of the ingredients are and you'll need to adjust the recipes to make them really work well.
I’m returning this even though I have to pay the shipping. Reasons:The instructions are for the Mini Duo (this is not indicated in the product name). I have a different model and I would have to adjust for every recipe.2. The book is amateurishly written and obviously self-published. Many ingredients are vague (what are a “stick of chorizoâ€, “cubed beefâ€, “store bought steamed bunsâ€?)3. The recipes seem to be British in origin, meaning they contain items unfamiliar in the U.S. (lamb stock, agria potatoes). Obviously Amazon is a world-wide seller - it would have been nice to know this though. (Maybe in the fine print?)

Meals are cooked quickly tasty and without much effort and time. Very convenient instant pot and the book contains many different recipes.
